How to Clean

To keep your mask fresh and hygienic, wipe the inside surface before or after each use with 99.9% water wipes. If the mask is shared or used on acne prone skin, we recommend using 70% isopropyl wipes for added hygiene. These can be easily purchased from most pharmacies.

Delivery & Returns

Orders are usually processed within 1 to 2 business days, excluding weekends and public holidays. Once your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information. Please note that delivery times may be slightly extended during busy periods. For orders delivered outside Europe, any customs duties, taxes, or import charges are the responsibility of the customer.

If you change your mind, returns can be requested within 14 days of delivery, as long as items remain unopened, unused, and in their original sealed packaging. Due to hygiene reasons, opened beauty products and used devices cannot be returned. Return postage costs are the responsibility of the customer.
