Shipping policy

We aim to dispatch all orders as quickly and smoothly as possible.

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking details.

International Orders & Customs

For orders delivered outside the EU, customs duties, taxes, or import charges may apply.
These charges are not included in your order total and are the responsibility of the customer. Lerelle Beauty cannot be held responsible for any additional fees imposed by customs authorities.

Busy Periods

During peak seasons or promotional periods, delivery times may be extended by up to 5 additional working days. We always do our best to keep delays to a minimum.
